Requests
Requests for exchange or return in case of defect, dissatisfaction or giving up the purchase, must be made via email: vitalinarecife@gmail.com or via whatsapp +55 81 99540 1516, with your name, contact telephone number and order number provided by the website. Based on this information, we will be in touch to inform you of the procedures for returning the product.
Unavailability
All our products are handmade, one by one, by artisans from Brazil’s northeastern “sertão” (a semi-arid area), so we do not produce many units of the same model. If it is not possible to exchange for a product identical to the one purchased, the customer may change it with another model for the same purchase price, or request a payment reversal.
Product Problems
We work with handmade processes. In case there is any problem such as small scratches on the leather, stains, or any damages that have not been caused by improper handling of the product, we will receive it back and send it to the analysis department. Within 60 days, we will contact you by email with a diagnosis and
possible solutions.
Gift Exchange
If you want to exchange a gift in our online store, you will need the details of the person who made the purchase – order number, name or email – to fill out our form. After that we will follow the standard exchange procedure
